Draft decision:

1. To give preliminary consent to the conclusion of significant transactions for the period up to April 26, 2019: for the conclusion of contracts (contracts) and additional agreements to them regarding the acquisition and disposal of real estate, equipment, materials, fuel (including gas) and others material or property rights; realization (including sale) of objects of real estate, finished goods and other products, other property or property rights; loan agreements, lease agreements and contracts related to the enforcement of obligations under loan agreements and / or leasing contracts (mortgage agreements, mortgages, sureties, etc.); contracts for receiving or providing turning-over financial assistance on interest-free and interest-free basis; building contract contracts; agreements on conducting joint economic activities for amounts exceeding 10% of the value of the assets of the Company.
2. Set the total limit for such transactions up to 400 000 000, 00 UAH.
