Convocation of ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
Private Joint-Stock Company “Derazhnia Dairy Plant” announces the convening of regular general meetingsholder, to be held April 27, 2016 at 11.00. by location of the company: Ukraine, Khmelnytsky region, city Derazhnya, st. B.Oliynyk, 7, room of meetings. The date of the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the general meeting is 24.00 o’clock on April 21, 2016. Shareholders registration from 10.00 hrs. up to 10.45 hours. per day and at the venue of the meeting.
Agenda:
1. About the election of the working bodies and approval of the rules of work of the general meeting of shareholders.
2. Report of the Board on the results of the company’s activities for 2015.
3. Report of the Supervisory Board.
4. Report and conclusions of the auditor.
5. Approval of the annual report and balance of the partnership for 2015, reports of the Supervisory Board and the Auditor.
6. Approval of the distribution of profit (coverage of losses) of the company by results of activity for 2015.
